Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born on April 30, 1991) is also known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper. He is also a songwriter, singer, record producer, and songwriter. His stage name is the combined name of a favorite uncle who has the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his inspiration Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic and T.I. Scott's first full-length project the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. It was followed with the release of a second mixtape called Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. His debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was a hit due to the track "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. Scott continued to release albums that year, including an album with a name of Huncho Jack Huncho and was released under the name Huncho Jack. His third studio album Astroworld was also received acclaim by critics. The album was the source of the debut Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. After the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first rapper to make it to number one on the Hot 100 with three songs within a mere one year.
